Why do I get error 'can't perform action' when clicking on a BBM or SMS message within the hub?
I've been trying to fix this issue for weeks now. I have read many posts yet nothing seems to help. I have the Blackberry Priv, running the latest OS with blackberry hub+ services. All apps are up to date. When I'm in the hub and try to open a bbm message, text message or twitter message I get the error 'can't perform action'. I'm able to open and read emails fine, but once inside an email I have no options. I click the three dots in the top right corner and I get 'menu service is uninstalled or disabled'. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
