I am a man of a darker hue and if having a White Priv makes doors open, stares cease, respect thrown in my favor, emparts caviar wishes and champagne dreams......then by all means make it happen BlackBerry.
I've wanted a white one from the giddy-up anyway.

People were wondering about Blackberry marketing but this is pretty much it. Once they release the white PRIV, Tumblr's social justice warriors will save the day by being fundamentally outraged about the device being entitled "white PRIVledge" and pointing out how expensive the device is (thus it must be deliberate). People love these kind of stories. Bad press is better than no press, RIGHT?!

It explains the horrible web ads too, they're trying to give you something to talk about... even if it's negative. They're clearly gunning for free press. It's not like it's not working... it's actually a stroke of genius.
