I'd figure that with the soft reveal of the Priv that there would be more specs, pictures, videos now that it is confirmed to be running Android.
Seems pretty quiet out there right now.....

You would think. But that would make too much sense.
Did you really laugh? Or did you just type LOL?

Leave it to BlackBerry to always announce things prematurely and not release it until the hype is all but gone..

I'm pretty confident that the previous "leaks" were well-controlled tidbits from the company itself, so I doubt we'll see anything new until the final reveal.

You are right! They were controlled leaks!

Although true of BlackBerry in the past, 1) it's only been two weeks, I'd wait for at least a month before declaring premature announcing on BlackBerry's part, and 2) if we're being technical, they officially haven't announced the full product details yet. And honestly, I think this is intentional to keep people thinking/waiting about the "Priv by BlackBerry" until they're ready for release. It's kinda unfair to hold BlackBerry, Samsung or any other OEM to Apple-like announcement/release cycles. Yes, Google does something similar with the Nexus, but definitely not anywhere near as widespread as Apple in terms of world regions. A lot of different moving parts in play.

Those make for good training.

I was actually kinda laughing as I wrote the title because I was thinking about all the responses I might get. It's not actually funny but I was thinking this might open up a thread about Chen stopping the leaks and jokes about the leaky privy.
