There is never a set time they just come out when they come out form GPS, there is an update now for BlackBerry Services only so far but it updated the hub app to allow that other messaging client in there. Forget the name because I never use it

I already got the BB services update which will enable whatsapp in Hub
Got the update when I checked about 30 minutes ago
No other update notifications for other apps yet though

I just got it now..... Have been checking since morning through all BlackBerry apps..... And it has been released on the 11th..... Microsoft took from the 10th until today...... So you cannot say BlackBerry isn't trying to stick to their schedule..... Especially since I read that Google Play Store takes just hours for approvals....
