    Hi everyone, I have an issue with whatsapp and it's that every some time, my notification tones for normal messages, groups and voice calls go back to default.
    I've tried changing everyone, just one, two, I've installed the latest software updates in my phone and I have the latest version of Whatsapp but it's always the same.
    I'd appreciate your help, thank you

    I had this happen once when I updated Whatsapp, of course, by Whatsapp I don't mean Whatsapp, I use an unofficial mod. And also once when I restarted my phone. The ringtone was on my SD card. But it didn't happen again after that. Check if your notification tones are on your SD card. If they are, move them to inbuilt memory and see if it happens again. If you have no memory card/they already are on inbuilt storage then I dunno.

    They're the default notification tones so no, that may not be the issue. Thanks anyway
