The banner notification that pops up on your screen with the reply, delete options, etc.
Thanks ... I was thinking it would be great if you could do an article on the best way for us BB10 converts to set up the Priv so that it could resemble BB10 in the most ways possible. Any chance that? For example, someone created a thread on how to use Priority Notifications as a BedTime Mode replacement ... it would be great if we could get an article on the Hub setup that would be as close to BB10 as possible. Seems to be tons of questions about setup (push, sync, shutting down Android notifications but leaving Hub on, etc ...). Would be great to get that info all in one place vs. searching through dozens of posts with all varying opinions (especially about how to save battery power).

I'm not from BB and was confused about this. I was hoping it meant a toast notification would "slide into view" wherever I was, but no matter what I set it never does. I only get the notification light, beep, buzz, etc and have to swipe down to see what it is.
Anyone know how to get it to popup on my screen? Thnks
I've been looking for a sticky on how to use my new old priv keyboard. From using it, I think there must be tons of shortcuts or tips but I have yet to find them in one place. I've read through all of Bla1ze's links but those are mostly for beginners - tho appreciated, advanced tips are harder to find compiled.
Like double tap on the hard sym key to get quickly to the second page of the virtual symbols keyboard popup. Or double tap the space key to get a period and a space. I'm desperate (!) to find a way to get a comma, for example, from the hard keyboard with a single key (need alt-N).
I was sort of expecting a place like crackberry to have such advanced help, but no joy so far.
It's does mean that. And you can reply right from the notification same as BB10. Even works for whatsapp. Unfortunately BBM hasn't added the feature yet.

I'm afraid single key for comma isn't possible. You'll probably just get used to pressing alt+n. I no longer even notice I'm pressing two buttons to type it, it becomes natural with time.
