    I've been searching through this forum and others and tried the various solutions provided. No luck. Cleared app cache, rebooted using the various ways offered, factory reset etc. No luck. Window saying "unfortunately, documents has stopped" window still pops up everytime I want to attach a file or picture on an email using BlackBerry Hub or Gmail on the PRIV. Need help

    Did you really do a Factory Reset or are you just saying that because you don't really want to do one and know it's the most viable option people will tell you to do? lol. Extremely odd it would survive that.
