Hi everyone. I am coming over from Windows Phone and BB10. Just recently bought a Priv. Love it by the way. On WP I have a camera app called Pro Shot. Also available on Android, but I don't know if it is compatible. Does anyone have it on their Priv? I don't want to pay for an app that will be incompatible. Sorry for the long post.

I am not a big fan of taking selfie and photograph, so, stock camera for me.

The Priv is Android. The app should work fine, given its available for Android.

The app itself doesn't have the best rating however.

Advance Camera is a great app from the google play store.

It has a *lot* of settings -- including exposure, which seems to be missing from the regular camera app included on the Priv (or at least I couldn't find it).

Exposure is very important when shooting in low light, or in dark places like bars in evening with friends.

Thanks Aquilla, I will try that out. I am used to a lot of manual controls, coming from Lumia's.

I use sideloaded (cause not in Play) Google Camera for Sphere Photos to be used with VR cardboard. The app is a quite buggy otherwise.

For all other stuff I use the great BlackBerry Camera with manual controls and still getting better.

FYI, The priv camera app (on Marshmallow) includes ISO, Shutter speed, white balance, manual focus, and exposure adjustment.
On lollipop, only exposure adjustment (brighter/darker) is available.

Rub it in for Verizon Priv owners - the only non-MM Priv phone owners in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have Open Camera installed. Seems really good. But to be honest I only use the BlackBerry Camera app
