Virtual Keyboard missing options like todays apps

hi,
i wanted to move between lang in the VK and kept looking to how to change like i had in the BB10 OS there is the "Quick Switch" option so you could have additional button for moving quickly between keyboard lang. however, this is missing in the Priv. not only that they have done something like the old Android OS used to work:
"On pre-Android 4.0 devices, press and hold in any text field to bring up the pop-up text menu"

so now according to the help website:
Language - PRIV - 5.1

meaning no way on the VK this can be done and this is what you get when you press (old android s**t) see attached pic for dialog

What's the problem ?

this is no "quick switch" like we had and this is also possible in Android but they done it like this phone is a Adnroid 2.0 old version with this dialog..
the problem is that there is no swap to lang on the fly without a dialog need to re-tapping
