Mine works great. No issues from day one, and I mean that I had it on day 2!

Excellent battery life on mine - usually at around 70 percent after a full day of use.

... then again, I use no Facebook, or any other social media apps, and don't video stream, except for watching occasional news clips.

Mine only heats up when doing updates, but not to the level that others have mentioned. My old iphone did the same.

All androids I've ever used get warm when you do that. I had an HTC, in fact 2 of them that got hot enough to be uncomfortable. My priv gets a little warm occasionally. As was stated it's no z30 but it gets me through the day and I like the BlackBerry flair on android. I like mine.
