    I just looked at my PRIV on the Verizon app and it says it's unsupported. Phone numbers have been removed.

    Why does it say unsupported?

    It's a Verizon PRIV and I asked VZWSupport over twitter but they're not very helpful. I'll call support later on today. Just curious to see if others see the same thing in their VZW application.

    I've seen Verizon list my VZW Pre 3 as an "unknown" device. Perhaps it isn't on their whitelisted IMEI list?

    Yup, that's what I want to know. I have not downloaded all of the apps that Verizon offers. I have MyVerizon.

    Data Hub is part of MyVerizon. Works fine on my Priv, so OP does need to contact Verizon Support..
    When I check "Details" as in the OP pic, it shows all 4 phones on my account with their respective usage.

    I see there is a newer version available but I've not rushed to get Verizon updates or google updates for some apps.
