Did BlackBerry ask for the hands on video by Baka Mobile to be taken down? It seems to have disappeared entirely from the internet:

"Ask" is probably a little naive. "Threatened with court-ordered injunction and legal action" is probably more harmonious with what happened. :P

Removed because they're going to show off the official tomorrow? Or maybe because it is being announced soon and all the comments about it being an evaluation unit(when maybe it was the real deal the whole time) people would call them out for not changing anything on the real unit.

Obviously they did more than simply make a polite request to Baka Mobile to remove the video from their site and from YouTube because it is gone from all the other sites, including multiple links in CrackBerrry forum posts.

Someone clearly violated their NDA with BlackBerry.

That means nothing.. they were all linked to the video... if you remove the video.. obviously they're going to go missing everywhere else that used the link/embed. Also, the video notes 'removed by user', indicating Baka removed it willingly. If BlackBerry REALLY wanted to, they could have just filed a DMCA complaint with YouTube and the message would be different like 'this video no longer available due to complaint from BlackBerry Limited, yadda yadda yadda.'

It will be interesting to see how long that link stays alive on YouTube.

That's a new link posted by Bla1ze today as noted earlier in this thread. The original one was removed.

This is what you get if you click on one of the original links like the one in my original post today.

Would you know, if it's final that the HUB won't be accessed like on BB10?

    Thanks for the link!
