    Hello everyone.

    My friend is having an issue with her phone. She says she keeps getting these messages on her Priv. She says she hasn't sent any messages and she keeps getting these. I told her, the phone may need to be updated with software, but I am not sure. Has anyone seen the messages within the screenshot I attached and is there a solution? Thanks for your time and help.

    Correct date/time? Does she have a good Internet connection? Some proxies cause this error as well...

    I mean system time of the phone.... could be the WiFi she's connected to.... did you restart the phone and try just the carrier network?

    No, I will try it. I know there is a bad connection as she is upstairs and there is an odd connection with her computer. Might be the issue. Checking....

    That's the main reason I get those issues when travelling and using shoddy/ crappy WiFi Hotspots

    WE are waiting to see. I turned it off, she restarted and the only thing that popped up (so far) was a massage saying she put in the wrong password for her hotmail account. She said she was suspicious it was some spam program, trying to get her password, but I think she might have put in the wrong one. We're waiting and will see what happens.

    Is this legit? When she hit "YES" to update the password, this popped up. she was afraid it was a spammer trying to obtain password. I think it looks legit.

    If that's a legitimate email address in those screenshots, you might want to obscure it. You can EDIT your posts or you can ask a moderator to do so by hitting the little triangle with ! point to the right of the Post Info.
