Thanks for your emails, As per the email we sent you we tried processing it for you with the regular methods and the code came back as NOT FOUND (happens to a few phones), now yours is reprocessing with the new not found method which can get the code for 95% of phones.

I know you said you need to return the phone soon if you can't unlock it before the return policy with AT&T ends.
We will cancel the order and refund you in full incase you need to return it now. Also the code is still processing with the not found method and we have already paid for it, so when the code finishes processing I will still send it to you for free just incase you still have the phone and haven't returned it yet.

I submitted my code unlock request to AT&T last Wednesday and I am still waiting and called AT&T customer care and was told they are waiting for Blackberry to release the code.

It pisses me off because the device is paid off and I shouldn't take a week to get the unlock code. I have my Priv all set up and ready to go as soon as I get the unlock code.

As I told the AT&T customer service rep, that is the reason I left their service years ago and will never come back.
