    Is it true that if I buy a Priv from amazon ca the warranty is from amazon CA and if I buy a Priv from shopblackberry the warranty is from BlackBerry themselves?

    Warranty is handled by whoever you buy from.... On Amazon it depends on the seller (not all phones sold on Amazon are sold by Amazon). With ShopBlackBerry it is via Digital RIver... the company that is actually doing selling and distribution the phones via the ShopBlackBerry branding.

    Sometimes it is also up to the carrier even if you purchased it privately.
