I have already forwarded the feedback to BlackBerry but I am curious to see if this happens to others.

When I select multiple emails (press and hold the first email and the tap the other ones) the trash bin icon on the top right icon disappears. It happens with a random number of emails selected. Sometimes it is 20 sometimes it is 25, without a repetitive pattern, but it occurs every time I select a consistent number of emails.

I too have this problem which I find quite annoying. I select about 20 items and then delete and then do it all over again. Hopefully an update will fix this?

Yep happens to me all the time. Don't know why.
Hoped it would be fixed in last update but unfortunately not!

Just a guess.......

But it's possible that it's linked to email size. The bigger the email file size the less amount of stackable (selected items) load that can be deleted in one go.
That would explain the different and apparent randomness to the noted examples.

Happened to me constantly before the big Dec update, hasn't happened since'
I did figure out that some of the emails would not open, it was when I tried to delete one of those, that the option 'went away'.

This may be irrelevant, since it was old firmware, but then again it may help.

Passport email is integrated into the system
Priv Hub is a mask over the android system, far less integration

I am having the issue and it only happens when I go down post the fist amount on the screen. If I scroll down one past the original amount it disappears. Mail size doesn't seem to matter. For me it just started and I have noticed the system gets slow allot now.

Okay, after a little more research I found that it only happens on some mail accounts. The others work fine
I deleted and recreated them and the are working. What I found was if it did happen it was only after I selected enough to require me to scroll down into a new section then the can would disappear. Also while this was happening I could not swipe right to delete either it would say swipe not enabled however when I checked the hub settings it showed enabled

Work around is to open the keyboard when the icon disappears and just hit the delete key.
