Has anyone figured out how to transfer BBM and WhatsApp messages from BB10 to the BlackBerry Priv? BlackBerry's 'Content Transfer' takes over most things but not these two.

I believe WhatsApp transfer used to work around a year ago between the two, however, BlackBerry and Android WhatsApp now use different file formats for backups (.crypt and .crypt8). I've tried loading an old version of WhatsApp in an attempt to import the data and then get WhatsApp to upgrade the database, but WhatsApp have disabled loading old versions of the app.

I've asked in the Whatsapp for BlackBerry 10 beta testing thread. No reply yet but I'm not hopeful.

What I logged into WhatsApp, it asked if I wanted to restore. And it restored 100% of my conversations. Flawlessly. From my last Android. Not sure it offers this from BB10.

BBM doesn't offer such a feature.

WhatsApp is a superior messenger. Can't wait for it to be in Hub.
