    If I buy a Priv, will I be able to transfer everything in my 9930 phonebook, including ALL fields, notes, etc.?

    BlackBerry uses an app called Device Swtich. You have to download it on both devices (there are BB and Android versions) and make sure the phones are on the same WiFi. Works like a charm.
    I've never use it to transfer data to Android but it works pretty well on BB7 and BB10 devices.
