A backup file won't work because they are two different Operating Systems. If you can't power on your phone to do a device switch, you are out of luck

Restore the backup file to another BB10 device using BlackBerry Link. Then use content transfer to move files over to the PRIV. If you do not have another BB10 device, I recommend you purchase a used z10 or q5 on the cheap.

I don't know if you took any recovery options. Place the phone in a container with raw rice or commercial desiccant and leave a day or two. Good luck

Make sure that you put it into the rice with the back removed after you take out the SIM and SD card.
