    Hi everyone,

    I come from a Samsung Note 3, and on the Samsung firmware there is a way to quickly toggle on and off the hotspot, is there something similar on the Priv? I looked everywhere I thought I would have a shot to find, but I don't see it anywhere...

    Swipe from the top with two fingers, hit the 'Mobile Hotspot' icon.

    I think you need to use it once, after that it will appear in the quick settings as blaze mentioned!

    I seriously can not WAIT for the Marshmallow update so that we can move and rearrange these toggles as we see fit (even remove some). I had them perfectly on my Nexus 5, only to painfully remember I can't touch them on Lollipop. Grr. >:-|

    Hi Blaze,

    When I hit that button there it goes into the mobile hotspot page, is there a way to make it turn on when i tap it instead?

    I haven't had any trouble finding the shortcut but have noticed that it only works when WiFi is on. Now it turns WiFi off when activation Hotspot but WiFi has to be on first in order for the button to work. Weird bug..

    I really wonder the same thing. Previously a tap on the ICON would switch on/off (very handy) and a tap on the label would take you to the hotspot settings.
    Why on earth would you change that!? Hotspot and Airplane mode is honestly the only thing I switch on and off a lot!

    In this vein peripherally, does BT tethering provide speed that is useful ? How does it compare to Mobile Hotspot via 4G or LTE ?
