Hey, I have the Think protection home security app on my phone. I have all the notifications set and yet I have only gotten one or two notifications since I downloaded it. My iPad and my daughters iPhone show everytime the alarm is armed or disarmed,which is several times a day. I can see what happens when I go into the app,just no notification message. I have uninstalled it twice and did a couples reboots and the equivalent of a battery pull. Any help is appreciated

I've found that I only get notifications with the WiFi on. If it's off I receive no notifications

Also when I go into the appsettings. It says push notifications not avaliable

after talking to blackberry for 45 minutes ,still cant seem to resolve, may just a problem with the privs android system. I will go back to the app developer tomorrow. While I was on hold they were checking on Crackberry to see if they could find similar problems and try and help solve this one
