I would imagine the difference might be in the carrier frequencies in the different models but I don't know any details.

Wait and get BlackBerry KEYone. BlackBerry don't make PRIV in india. Going forward Opimeus (Wistron) will make BlackBerry Phones in India.

All the Privs are made in Mexico, there isn't even one specific for India.
The only differences are radio freqs and wireless charging, (and what ever **** a carrier might load into the software), so get the one with best radio for your country / carrier.

I doubt anybody wanting a Priv is going to hold out for a Key1, they are totally different animals.

No guarantee the Priv will ever get Nougat. I suspect we will get it sometime this summer, maybe early fall. But thats just my guess, others are guessing differently.
