    I think you misunderstood my post for negativity. You're being overly sensitive. I genuinely mean it, they are trying. It's both sad and encouraging.
    I'm with you dejanh, not sure why he got all upset, you said both the good and the bad, and said you're conflicted.
    Apparently that was too much for Black!! Noticed he did that to another post too; seems he's the negative one! Haha.

    That's why I decided to buy it online from BBRY. You could cancel your pre-order at CPW and try Selfridge's online - they're a secret BBRY supporter and are selling the Priv (or will be when it's available). They were taking pre-orders I think when I looked earlier today....

    I got a screenshot emailed direct from the agent! I threatened her (I had to to get somewhere) by using my own experience. I to have worked in sales and no the complete environment and said she failed security at the start of the call by putting me on hold within 20 seconds. You must never put a customer on hold until a last resort.

    Failed security? Is that UK slang for something else? Sounds like you were socially engineering her and even threatened her, so...

    It's plenty normal to put people on hold (I don't want 3 minutes of dead air if they are doing something on my behalf or waste time distracting them). Other times, "never put on hold" might apply. (suicide hotline policy...). For cell phone customer service? Come on...
