First off, hello everyone. First time blackberry/priv/android/crackberry user and really lovin the kool-aid

I love the options with textra but find when either using the hub or touching a notification for a new text a quick reply box comes up, which is great but there's a problem.

If I press the plus icon to add anything other than just text (emoji, photo, gif, etc), it is unresponsive. I have to go directly into the textra app for it to work.

Is anyone else experiencing this and know of a fix?

Its a know bug and there is no fix unfortunately.

When i had my Priv I didn't use the hub for anything but emails, now I have an honor 8 and surprisingly the stock texting app works well with the hub, go figure.

Don't mind him, he was always angry about his Priv. As for the + being unresponsive, just tested from the hub and works fine for me to attach. Is your hub up to date?

Oh I totally left out a key part of the problem. Oops.

If the physical keyboard is out prior to receiving a text, then when I open the hub to view a text or open the text via quick reply from the top notification (out of the hub), the + won't work.
