To me they look worse. L shaped connection, they don't appear to be the tangle free design we have now, and standard bud that tend to fall out over the ones we have now

Agreed. This style never stay snug. I love the current style with the loop to lock them in the ear. They sound great and fit beautifully! Oh well any earphones can be used! Not a deal breaker.

I tweeted him (the name was in the video), and he only confirmed it's the EMEA 4 model. Didn't answer if it had the logos on the documents.

Is it just me or for a TechRadar company does this review look blah and bland? With Carphone Warehouse at least we got to see something and look at something interesting.

Shame that he had whatsapp installed but it didn't show in the Hub...

Also other than opening the hub and scrolling up and down he didn't show much more

It's a shame but only short-term I'm hoping. If BlackBerry has some sort of API for the Hub for developers and sales are robust, I'm hopeful that devs will start integrating their apps into it soon enough. The phone isn't even out yet and we can't hope for third-party support out of the box.

It's in the works. I believe someone had posted who BlackBerry was working with to get synchronization with the hub on the Priv. Can't remember where but I remember it including Whatsapp, LinkedIn etc.

It was just an unboxing. The review will come along later with a more detailed look at the phone and it's features.

It's just you because at the end of the video, he says he's looking forward to doing a proper review. The subject of this thread says "Unboxing Video" as well, perhaps another clue that it's not a review video.

If you guys remember, when bb10 was first released, whatsapp wasn't even available at launch. It was a few weeks before whatsapp was released for the z10, and then a few more weeks after that before it was integrated into the hub. I'm not fretting, the apis are there, it just takes time

Has anyone heard if Android Pay will work with the device since it doesn't have a finger print scanner? That's actually a feature I use a lot on my Samsung.

I thought Android Pay works with the lock screen if you don't have fingerprint.

imagine that the top blackberry forum in the planet still hasn't done a review on a blackberry or given us a glimpse into what this phone might or might not be instead there's people doing unboxing and reviews who probably didnt even know bb was still in business. we need someone who uses bb10 almost exclusively to give us an in depth review
