    Hello,

    I recently purchased a PRIV and setup my phone. I noticed some hardware issue and contacts BlackBerry Customer Support, who sent me a replacement device.

    On the new device, I went through the OOBE as a new user. Performed the update to Marshmallow, and the reset factory settings. Once the device came back up, I selected the "Tap & Restore" option from the setup wizard. However, a lot of my settings were not restored. No accounts, except for my Google Account, no launcher settings, no app settings, etc...

    So the only things that were restored were:
    - wallpaper
    - maybe some android is settings (I need to confirm)
    - PlayStore downloading / updating a bunch of apps
    - Google account was added

    It seems a little odd that such a basic feature is broken in BlackBerry Android MM.

    Did anyone else experience an issue with the Prov Out of Box setup?
