just spoke with a rep for tmo and he said the BlackBerry priv is in there line up for early November. He said at the end of the month , tmo will be taking pre orders , also, the priv will be sold in retail stores.

Well, t mobile has to carry it--for it to have wifi calling.

Unlocked non carrier phones work but don't have wifi calling.

Hmm..not sure with the latest OS PassportSQW100-1/10.3.2.2789 all BlackBerry device have WiFi calling check the leak thread section..people reported leap Z30 passport has wifi calling

I called Verizon... she said it was not in her system. But they do have the BlackBerry Classic if I was interested....(I taught they had the Z30 too, but she didn't mention it)

I think they're learning from the botched BB10 launch where they had the party first and then delivered phones 5 months later in May.
I think they'll be smart and have the launch event within a week of availability so that the excitement can drive more sales...

out of curiosity, i just contacted a cs agent via chat. he tried telling me that tmo doesnt carry bb anymore and only backtracked when mentioned how they made up with bb. then he said he had no information about when or if tmo would carry the priv.

I just spoke to a CSR and he confirmed that they will be getting devices and updates the end of this month and that pre-orders could start then or the first week of novemeber.

Depending on which Jump you have all T-Mobile devices are jump eligible. Just depends where you are within your Jump time frame.

Also, they can sign you up to get a text alert when preorders start.
