    I check daily, and still no TMO update. I really hop it resolves the heat and battery issues. Other than those, this is my favorite phone yet (since the old blueberry)

    I feel the same, waiting on my Verizon priv. Other than heat and just a desire for the latest os, I'm super happy with the Priv.

    I am using Marshmallow BETA 3 on my T-Mobile issued PRIV via Beta Zone. It drastically reduces the heat issues and now my device doesn't get any hotter than the typical Android... It didn't do too much for the battery though... Some improvement, but only about an hour more vs Lollipop... Don't expect magic with the battery, but the heat issue is definitely remedied...
