    If you're talking about the May 2017 one, it hasn't even hit my unlocked Priv. From what I've been hearing, it's out on the DTEK 50's only.

    If you want, you could try loading a factory image for the latest available OS for your AT&T Priv (AAJ925/March 2017).

    I had the same issue when I first got my Priv at the beginning of this year. You need to call ATT support and have them manually push the updates because when it's that far behind, the phone won't automatically get them. You might have to call them back a few times because you are like 6 updates behind.

    I work in an IT department at a large law firm and have had several Privs cross my desk that were outdated including a couple that were still on OS 5.1.1.

    I factory reset them and if they didn't update during the initial configuration I would check for updates in settings and then roll the date forward a couple of days, check again. Lather, rinse, repeat but I finally succeeded in getting the OS and all security updates on them.
