    So you folks are running an Antivirus app on the Priv? It is not some function built into the Priv?

    I believe that the "rom" in the Priv cannot be tampered with???

    The user installed a third-party anti-virus utility and it is interpreting a request for permission as potential malware. If the application requesting these permissions is not asking for anything other applications want to access, it is a non-issue.

    This is a system service that the device uses to help manage things like heat mitigation and power usage on the device, amongst others. It is most certainly not malware
