Syncing the BlackBerry PRIV

Am I missing something. How do I sync my BlackBerry PRIV with my computer?

UPDATE: I should have included with my post is I am looking to sync my BlackBerry PRIV with Microsoft Outlook (Contacts, Calendar, etc.). Thank you.

Normally, you don't.

Adding music/photos is through connecting the phone via USB and manually copying your files to the phone's internal memory/SD card.

That's an extra layer; I just was looking to keep it simple and sync or back up my Priv to my desktop, instead of to Google.
