    Currently, my contacts and calendars are sync'd through my Outlook.com email account on my Z30. I am assuming this should be no problem on the Android based Priv, no?

    Yep no problem. Just setup an exchange account like in any android phone.

    There's a dedicated Outlook application made by Microsoft that does all that. You can also swipe right on emails to delete them.

    There's also a fully featured Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel application made by Microsoft in Google Play.

    The outlook app also works on bb10 devices though the other office apps seem to not be compatible.
