First set to "Push" hub setting under email account of choice.
Then set sync on all your IMAP emails including Gmail mostly to Sync "Never" Then you get email instantly and it will not put drag on battery!
    Takes me awhile sometimes .

I believe you sign in with your Google work email and it will automatically take you to your work signed in site.
Add account like a normal in Hub with work Gmail but it will take you to your company browser to sign in with password .
This is assuming your company has their email accounts set up through Gmail (Google).

OP is right, as determined by my others thread.

Set to Push and Never. Saves major battery.

It is a failing of BlackBerry that this was not made more clear.

I'm going to try this today...

    sync interval set to NEVER
use push if supported toggle ON
    sync email toggle ON

    is that correct?

I tested sending emails to all account and I can confirm I still receive it instantly. Hope this is the answer to my battery drain...yes..it's been more than 3 days.
