Triad a reset but no luck. Tried to edit the shortcuts but can't edit the center one?

Is the only option a factory reset?

Ignore... I figured it out I was deleting / disabling a lot of the junk that Verizon put on the phone and inadvertently disabled Google Search
Once I enabled it again it works

Thank you very much! I did the same thing and had no idea the two were related. Re-activating it worked for me too.

(7250 -> 8703e -> 9530 -> 9550 -> 9650 -> 9930 -> PlayBook -> Z10 -> Z30 -> Classic -> PRIV)
