No, it doesn't support 2300 MHz LTE band as required by Jio and Airtel. It will nevertheless support 4G on Vodafone India at 1800 MHz frequency. For 4G Support on Jio and Airtel, you'd need to get STV100-3.

I have a priv stv 100-4, it works on Jio with volte, Jio is not my primary number, just used it to confirm it works or not and it works, using bsnl as regular Sim, so don't know about coverage and internet speed with Jio

Im confusing to buy STV100-4

I had bought STV100-4 earlier through PayTM. Returned it. I then had to buy STV100-3 from Flipkart. This was more expensive as compared to the earlier option.
