    Please take a look at this picture and tell me what it is I need to do to get the Software Updates page to go further. Right now the only thing I can do is click Back.Stuck on AAD028 and can't download ATT's latest AAD447 update-screenshot_2016-02-03-17-44-15.jpg

    Which BB is this? Is this an unlocked BB but using an AT&T SIM? A T-Mobile BB using an AT&T SIM? AT&T BB using a T-Mobile SIM? I think one of these combos might be the issue here, but I'm not positive.

    It is the pure at&t Priv, not unlocked.
    I got the notification this morning that there was an update available and I went for it on my company's WiFi. It never went to the next step. My guess is there are temp files that need to be deleted but I have no clue where.

    Perhaps a silly question, but have you tried rebooting and seeing if the options aren't greyed out afterwards?

    The update notification also lets you dismiss it. Perhaps it is just going to remind you in due time? I had to dismiss mine three times today before I was home with available wifi.

    Yeah I tried reboot once with no change, then I shutdown for a few minutes and turned it back on with no change. That's when I gave up and came here.

    Haaaa! You were right, the update finally went to the next step on its own tonight after being home on WiFi for 4hrs. That was very strange but glad it's over

    Have you tried plugging up your priv then going to settings under date and time and switch it from automatic to manual and then advance the date 3 to 5 day and then check for an update

    I have! I left it over night plugged in, changed dates and it's still stuck on the exact screen as the OP photo. HELP
