Just had a bicycle ride with my Priv and Strava app for tracking....
Halfway through my ride just before turning around and cycle back home (25km), I've checked the phone to see if Strava was running and the tracking info was correct. All appeared to be fine...
However, once I have finished the ride, I have found my phone in "safe mode" without Nova Launcher and no Strava running!
After rebooting the phone and returning into my original configuration, Strava automatically started up and recovered the ride, but with the last 10 Km missing

I assume my phone crashed as the last 10Km didn't get tracked.

The question is where should I look for qlues about what happened in order to prevent it next time?
Is it Strava app? Perhaps Nova Launcher?
Or was it my Priv?

Mind you, this is the first time Priv crashed on me like this!

Any ideas?

Doubt it's your phone , if it crash is mostly due to an app, dunno which one thought.

When you picked up the device, did it feel 'excessively' warm? If so, I wonder with that app running did it merely encounter an issue...

The device was rather cold when I picked it up...
However, if it was indeed a crash, then the last 10 km (rouphly 20-30 min) my Priv was sitting and doing nothing.... With today's temperatures between 7 and 10 C� that's enough time to cool down...
Also, when I checked my phone halfway through the ride, it didn't feel warm at all...
