Hi everyone.. I can't get the HUB to work.. The last time it checked for emails was 5:30am this morning.. Since then I have 20 -30 emails come in today.. I have updated it.. I have deleted and reinstalled my accounts.. I have updated all blackberry apps.. I have rebooted.. Don't know what else to do?
What exactly is happening with your hub? You say your getting emails?

The easiest way to get the Hub to work flawlessly is to get a BlackBerry 10 device. Plenty to choose from.

Its not downloading new mail since 530 this am. I set it up the night before and no emails came in right away and then in the am I saw some emails.. After that nothing.. I have it set to check every 5 mins and use push if supported.
I would do a full wipe

Did you use content transfer? If so, uncheck email and transfer all other stuff from old phone to google drive. Wipe Priv clean, and update all apps before reinstalling anything on to your Priv from your old phone.
Dang I would hate to do this.. Yes I did use content transfer.. Are we sure this is a forsure fix?
