Some user including me are encountering issues with their Priv after Marshmallow update, here is one of the trick I just found out and already confirmed by another user.

Disable the productivity tab or to force it to stop. You will notice after that a great performance and less battery drain.

I think the issue is up into the BlackBerry Service update somehow..

Good for you finding a possible solution. Everyone should try this that has lag issues. Maybe give those users directions how to find that in their settings?
Saying that, my Priv runs perfectly and faster than ever..

Using Priv since Nov 6, 2015

Hmmm. I haven't noticed any lag or battery drain since the MM update. In fact, my device is faster and has much better battery even with the Productivity Tab enabled. Perhaps there's another common app causing a drain?

Myself as well. All good. But it's great some are trying to help others!

I don't think it helped at all unfortunately.....

Clicked and flicked with my Priv.

Unfortunately, it didn't do anything for mine either...I guess we'll just have to hope for a real fix from Blackberry.

Priv has been pretty solid on MM. Heat reduction and battery life have been great. I did however restart my device today after it started to lag and but believe this was an instagram app issue as it was messed up. Going backwards and forwards between old and new logo and no matter how I exited the app would always open back up reading a notification.

    Since restart 👌 perfect!

You have to do a hard reset ( hold pwr on button until you feel at least four vibrations) after disable it, if you want additional performance disable the auto dime also
