Yeah, not me. I'll end up with android anyway, but I'll get it from another manufacturer.

Most of them I can pay half the price and get better specs, not to mention no curved screen, actually have some experience with android devices, and if they are going to release it as a launcher anyway, there will be no advantage to it, I'll just throw it in any device I want.

But none will have that signature keyboard that blackberry is known for.

I know I can find numerous phones out there for a lot less but, I'm a big physical keyboard fan and I need to support this phone no matter what. If this phone does poorly then there's a good chance you won't see another android phone with a physical keyboard for a while. I need my physical keyboard.

I was actually thinking about leaving BlackBerry because they don't really offer what I need anymore.

This slider, however, might make me wait a little longer. It could finally combine BlackBerry goodness with Android goodness.

I better see it for myself first. The keyboard is given, but the UI is still a question. Will it have more lags than the vanilla version? Also this is a first of BlackBerry's front-end interface for Android, we don't know how stable is this yet. On the top of that, I am afraid to invest something now from BlackBerry since they are lacking customer support and is notorious about discontinuing support for such OSs. Who knows until when they will support this android version? And maybe if this doesn't become a hit for them, they might focus to another course which means providing less support from their previous products.

If it is the only choice. if there is BB10 option then no questions bb10. But if it is a droid... no worries! it still is a BlackBerry

And what's with the going backwards in time when everyone else is moving forward or at least trying to move forward in phone specs and design. Why not make an updated version of the Z30...I loved Z30...it's construction, weight, feel and the best sound to this day of any phone on the planet bar none, and it's absolutley the most loved phone of BB10 era, pump it up to a 5.5" screen, better graphics, hammer some big power into her with the latest processor chip,4 GB of Ram and premium build quality...and you got sweet phone :-)

For sure. Nice blend of productivity from both Android and BlackBerry.
Looking forward to use the hub, the PKB/VKB and GPS.

No more time wasted in crackberry trying to find workarounds to get basic essential apps (like banking apps) - that weren't productive at all!
Now everything would work out of box. Excellent!

Want to say I would, but I'd probably just get a note 5 instead. I mean unless BlackBerry made it more powerful than the note 5. There's no reason to get any other android device that's not samsung.

Only after 1 or 2 months. BB is really "famous" for releasing buggy/incomplete products (see BB10 and BBM). I will first read some reviews about it and see if it's good for me.

If its priced like the Passport then I'll get one. If they try to market it in the S6/Iphone range then I'll wait till the price comes down and it gets upgraded to Android M.
