    The device on the video looks amazing to me and the specs are more then what I need.

    My only concerns is software related at this point. I have been a BB10 user since day 1 with the Z10 then Z30 and Classic.

    I use a Note 4 for work so I am fine in the Android world but for me to completely go over its all about the keyboard and it's software.

    In the videos I have seen the keyboard itself but I haven't seen it used. Will it have the swipe back to delete or the word predictions similar to the Passport? When the phone is closed will it have the BlackBerry virtual keyboard?

    If this is a yes along with the Universal Search and Hub already baked in I will be there day one without question.

    Pretty sure the BlackBerry virtual keyboard will come as part of the BlackBerry experience suite.

    And users will probably have the option of installing 3rd party keyboards like swiftkey if so desired.

    Another reason why this is going to be superior to any device out there software side, BlackBerry 10 included.

    If it doesn't have the vkb from BlackBerry and some really good features like the hub, and search among other things I have no reason to buy it over another android

    Yeah just my thoughts.... after being with Bb10 for so long and I don't want to leave but if I can do so with BlackBerry and have some of my favorite features then it just makes sense

    The hands on video shows the keyboard being touch and used to scroll. Given they have done that I feel very confident that it will also have swipe back to delete, cursor placement and word predictions!

    There's no reason it wouldn't be. Every Android manufacturer has their own version of a keyboard so it doesn't make any sense that BB wouldn't have their version of a keyboard in their Android phone. I'll immediately be installing Swiftkey on it though.
