Anyone else? I have one side stick out so that it's not flush on both. Can't get the cards any more secure. Just normal for this handset? It's in there and works, just not flat. Not even flush without cards. So that's even stranger.

4 at work are all right flush with the body. Pop them out and just re-seat them see if that helps

Something similar happened on the Classic, some units had flush trays, others were sticking out. Just exchange the unit if it bothers you.

My SD tray sits a touch too far in but it doesn't bother me. Sticking out is a no no

Same as mine, SD card is recessed and looks odd.

My SIM tray sticks out about 1/10th of a mm. Not for that reason, I am expecting a replacement unit this week. Hopefully that one is better not worse.

Mines completely flush. But I have noticed of you need to remove frequently such as SD card, the tiny hole can be damaged from over use of the metal pin tool. I am mentioning this as I'm sure parts aren't readily available yet.

It's not a complicated matter. One side of both trays sits just above flush, the whole tray is at a slight angle. I could post a photo if you're really wary...

There you go, not flush, even without cards in trays.

I have had to take my SD card in and out a few times to transfer files and format it since Exfat wasn't visible by the core BlackBerry apps or even the Google Messenger app.

In doing so the SD card tray now pushes in further than the SIM tray, almost where it seems to push in too far.

I'm thinking about exchanging for another unit this morning but wanted to see if anyone was experiencing the same.
