I added a BlackBerry PRIV to the shopping cart on Shop BlackBerry. I changed the quantity to 200 and it worked. 500 is good too. But when I try to go past 590, a message comes up that there is not enough quantity in stock to complete the order.

I tried the same shtick with the Apple iPhone 6s Plus on apple.com. They allow you to go up to 999 (basically the last 3-digit number).

That isn't necessarily an indication of stock, plenty of companies put in artificial limits to help prevent fraudulent transactions.

Not surprised BlackBerry is doing this. But now that the device has caught so much attention I would think they would increase production.

Amazon US has only had 10 units at a time.
    It's impossible to grab one.

It goes out of stock minutes after they restock because there are only 10.

Best Buy and B&H still don't even have their first shipment of devices. And are both on Pre-Order.

Apple probably sells my devices per hour than BlackBerry sells per month so I'm not surprised that you can buy a thousand at a time.

So how do you know it shows up at two locations in Manhattan?

I cannot even get the option to check store locations because it's listed as Coming Soon.

On the mobile site there are two priv's listed. One for full price that shows coming soon and the other is the ATT Next listing that shows upgrade your phone. When you click that one and check stores, it shows two stores as having stock.

    So jealous...

Can you test if Amazon version has Wireless charging?

I'm pretty sure it does just want a guarantee.

Last two times they restocked I was driving back from work.

    Enjoy it!

    Not what I'm talking about.

I want a factory unlocked one to bring to T-Mobile.

    Not an AT&T version.
If I wanted AT&T I would go to an AT&T store not a Best Buy.

Yes, Amazon does have wireless charging. Typing on one now and it has only been wirelessly charged for the 1.5 weeks I have owned it.

    Great phone!

When the Priv initially went on sale, the number was 1,000 for US, but they clearly didn't have them "in stock" based on how preorders went, so I would put zero stock in anything you see there.

You can count me as one buy from shopblackberry earlier this morning. They had over 300 around 5AM when I ordered.

Originally had a pre-order that I cancelled after picking up one from Amazon. Just completed the return form for Amazon. Can't believe they're actually going to send a UPS guy here with a label tomorrow for free!

Hopefully (praying) no issues with the shopblackberry Priv. Hoping to get it by Friday, but I know shopblackberry likes to ship a bunch at a time on Saturday.

Surprised that I'm almost the only one that had the faulty front camera that turns green from the Amazon batch. Compared to my mom's Priv and huge difference.

Thinking about it, I should have kept this Priv until shopblackberry delivers, but I just don't have the money to have both charges. Sold both mom and my AT&T Passports last week.

    Well....guess its a start right?

But they're gonna have to sell way more....more than 600 a day if they wanna hit their yearly target. More like 6000.

That is not Amazon; it is a reseller. Note that this means that there is no Amazon return policy since it is shipped and sold by a third-party.

Oops...thanks for pointing that out. I just saw the update in the amazon thread and assumed it was the real one. Why are they cheaper on amazon than shop bb anyway?

They're not for US customers. This is probably a US reseller which means your price, if outside the US, will involve currency conversion.

That listing is apparently down and moved now... not sure why.
