Several Questions on BB Android Interface
Hello. I am new to the blackberry community coming from iOS, so hello everyone. :)
Ok so I have a weird backstory. I was a content owner of an iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB and had a happy relationship with all my Apple devices working harmoniously with each other like handoff and iMessage, FaceTime, receiving phone calls and text messages from my Mac and iPhone, Passbook, Apple Pay, iCloud Contact, Note syncing etc.
It was all perfect for me until, Apple integrated Apple Music with their Music app and introduced iCloud Music Library this past July and everything has been crap with my music since then. I'm not an audiophile, but an audio enthusiast at least I think. So multiple times since July Apple iTunes system has been continuously scrambling my 80GB+ lossless audio library on my iPhone and the whole interface has become so messy and it's been really annoying. I thought it would be better when I bought the 6S Plus in September and here I am in November with the same problems. This may seem like a small reason to switch over to a new platform but it really is frustrating when I invest so much time organizing something that means a lot to me.
Fast Forward, I thought the Blackberry Priv was the next best option for me with a balance of beautiful design, function and productivity. I plan on purchasing it when Verizon finally decides to release it. I know they're are better phones for audio out there but either some of those phones go against my inner design junky (lol) or aren't available on Verizon ( like the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium). The output of the Priv seams to be just a tad bit lower than the iPhone 6S Plus so I expect them to drive my headphones and earphones very similarly.
I wanted to know if the Priv supports FLAC lossless audio files. Also if anyone can post screenshots of the music player on the Priv that would be really helpful! Any feedback on that helps too. I've been on this forum reading about the features and others' experiences with the Priv :). Also I wanted to know if there were ways to have a continuous experience between the Mac and Priv similarly to what I had with my iPhone? I'm not expecting as much as my iPhone considering those were made by the same company. But yeah anything helps. Thanks in advance! :)
