    I'm a but confused.

It seems that you do not have the option to encrypt the SD card on the PRIV.

This causes a major issue as I'm not able to configure ActiveSync with my office for mail / calendar as it's a required policy

This also doesn't seem to be addressed in the latest update pushed by Blackberry... any ideas if and when this will be fixed?

This is close to a show stopper for me :/

It was mentioned during the AMA that they are aware and working on it.

Fails quite a few corporate policies by not encrypting the SD.

I've got the same issue. In a support ticket I created all they could say was they're aware of it and are fixing it soon.

I wouldn't say 'fixing' more like 'will add one day maybe'.

Fixing to me means it's broken and buggy, truth is, the SD card is working exactly as they designed it. But it's just semantics. The difference being they will (hopefully) fix bugs before new features. So it's already reduced priority... coupled with the fact they didn't commit to anything. They just said yup we know it's something that it doesn't do.
