    Hi. How can I take a screen shot without using the volume down key? My volume down key only works sometimes and makes it a pain to take a screen shot.

    Weird.

    Have you ever been able to take screenshots by pressing both the up and down volume keys, like how it can be done on BB10? Not me.

    Not sure if you know this or not, but just in case: volume down and power button takes a screen shot.

    I did not know that.

    I actually had recapped that key combo to Messages. Maybe that's why I never found that one out. Huh. Good to know. Thanks.
