It didn't feel bad at all. Scrolling with the keyboard wasn't bad at all. Not sure I would use the pull out keyboard for a quick bbm or text.
I don't think the learning curve would be bad going from bb10.

It's not hard going to Android as long as you keep an open mind and realize it's not BB10...
