    Hey everyone. I just spent an hour with ROGERS and they have NO IDEA about the PRIV. No idea on a ship date, when a store will get it (I called 5 different locations). The call center looked everywhere and could not find it on their WEB page. They said that they have been getting hundreds of calls about it but, they have no information.

    My question is, to everyone here - what the hell is going on ??? How can you pre-order but, have no idea of anything else ? Maybe I've missed a huge piece of information but..... I do not understand. Can anyone give me da 411 ? I am completely lost on this as all the threads are saying something different and, I called several BELL locations and was told the exact same thing. Just odd.

    I went to a store another day. It was in their system, I saw their screen.

    I've seen the screen too. I just can't believe this thing is, basically a "Ghost Ship". I believe the pricing and such but, when the stores have no idea of a time it will be at a location ? That's a pretty big fail.

    You have reps that are clueless. You have reps that interpret NDAs a little differently. Anything is possible, but facts are facts: it's posted on Rogers' site publicly.

    Yeah, I called a bunch of stores in Calgary and they didn't know. Only source I had was the online chat rep. So much hype on a great device wasted with no info.

    Misleading title. Did you even read the content? That's for the ShopBB because they are sold out of the batch that's shipping on Nov 6.

    Just got done with an online chat session with Rogers. They were absolutely CLUELESS!!!! My hopes for picking up my order on Friday are dwindling quickly. What a messed up launch. I hate waiting and even worse, not knowing when I am waiting for.

    Try the preorder page, they're reserving units for a 40 dollar deposit. Log into MYROGERS and go to the page for upgrading your phone.

    They will probably have the units delivered and scanned into their store inventory on Thursday or Friday. So just be patient guys!

    Remember, BlackBerry is not Apple. Apple can rely on word of mouth so that every single reps at carriers know when it's launched. BlackBerry has to get the word across to everyone, which is much harder

    Just walked into my nearest Rogers store and the rep went into the back and let me look at their demo unit. Nothing was set up but the salesperson new how to use it.
