    I searched the internet but literally i couldnt find anyplace to send replacement parts to turkey , back cover etc. Can someone help me with this situation ?

    PRIV is just not a very popular phone... going to be hard to find anyone willing to bother creating aftermarket parts. Or buying and stocking OEM parts.

    BlackBerry Priv Replacement Part - ETrade Supply and eBay are really your best options. (If those are options in your market)
