What are you trying to do? You can check Main Settings, Accounts, then look over which accounts. But for the google, Press it, then Account Preferences. You can tweak Personal Info and Account Preferences has additional options including Delete your google account.

I think you need a Google account of some kind if you want to add any apps to your phone unless you use outside sources.
